Excellent! Everything went smoothly, completely different sort of holiday, good food. [The Deluxe Suite] allows earlier check in and later check out for Ice room. Own sauna and easy chairs, tea and coffee, guaranteed warm space, somewhere to go through luggage. Kayleigh was great.

Kayleigh at RB Collection put together a wonderful and hassle-free weeklong trip for my husband and I go to both the Ice Hotel and the Tree Hotel in Sweden. The thoughtfulness in planning the itinerary, together with on target suggestions for activities, was very much appreciated. It was a very unique and yet relaxing trip; all of the activities and transfers worked seamlessly with nothing feeling rushed. When we were confused about one item while on the trip, one call to the office had Oliver promptly verifying and clarifying the concern within 30 minutes.

“Magical Experience

So much to recommend! Magical experience and so special to share it with my daughter – the landscape, the Ice Hotel, the Tree Hotel. Having all elements planned by others was a real luxury too. Clare provided a fantastic level of service from our initial quite vague enquiry through to our departure nearly a year later, with excellent and clear communication. Clare helped us put together an amazing set of experiences for our short trip, working creatively to fit things within our constrained dates. Thanks also to Kayleigh for fielding our last minute queries a few days before we set off. Our time at the Ice Hotel was amazing, especially the dog sled tour - just us and our guide (and the dogs!). We ended with a night in the Tree Hotel, truly magical, so glad Clare could fit this in for us.
It was a celebratory trip for my 50th and my daughter's 18th birthdays and it was a really special experience that we will treasure, thank you.
