The best value, comprehensive ICEHOTEL holiday break including flights, a stay in an upgraded Art Suite and three exciting excursions to make the most of your stay.

You can of course adjust this itinerary to meet your requirements subject to the various elements being available.

Day 1:
Fly from London to Kiruna via Stockholm (stop-over in Stockholm can be added if you wish).  Meet your transfer which will take you to the ICEHOTEL (approx 15 mins). Enjoy a complimentary orientation tour of the ICEHOTEL (subject to arrival time) before spending your first night in an upgraded Art Suite – a spacious suite, each uniquely desiigned (you can upgrade to a Deluxe Suite, ask for details).

Day 2:
After the experience of sleeping on ice, you are awoken with a mug of hot lingonberry juice ready for the days activities ahead.

Today, you will embark on the very special 4hr Trap Line Husky Dog sled excursion where you get the opportunity to drive your owns led. The kennels of Bert Ove Johansson are located in Laxforsen 10km from Kiruna, and have been certified by the ‘Nature’s Best’ environmental award. After meeting your team of huskies at the kennels, you will depart for a tour of the surrounding Arctic wilderness. Watch the white landscape glide past from your seat or from the mushers/driver’s position – It is a truly wonderful experience. Light refreshments will be served in a wilderness hut whilst the guide tells stories about the huskies and the traditional way of light and survival techniques used in the area. It is possible to take a short snow shoe walk in the surroundings of the hut. Return to kennels by dog sled. One passenger is included to learn in the main cost.

You will return in good time for you to check in to your warm accommodation where you will spend the next 2 nights.

Day 3:
After breakfast, you have the morning at leisure to enjoy the local surrounding or or add-on an optional excursion of your choice – click here for more details – we would recommend Ice Sculpting.

After lunch, it is time for you your 2nd activity which is included in this package – Raidu: Encounter with the Reindeer. Following a short transfer to a reindeer camp you will enjoy a presentation of Sámi culture by your local guide. You will also have the opportunity to feed the reindeer and to take a reindeer sled ride around a small track. Transfers as well as a traditional light lunch are included. One child is permitted per paying adult. This tour is certified by the Swedish Ecotourism Society as Nature’s Best. Pick up from the ICEHOTEL. The transfer to the Reindeer camp, by snowmobile pulled sled, takes approximately 15 minutes each way.

This evening experience the Northern Lights by Snowmobile tour which lasts approx 4 hours and includes a traditional evening meal and a Northern Lights slide show before you depart.

Day 4:
A final opportunity to enjoy the sights of the ICEHOTEL before you depart for your journey home (if departing on a later flight why not enjoy another excursion).
