We have put together the below details to help answer frequent questions surrounding holidays already booked, or for those planning to book with us to the Ice Hotel in Sweden.
We are open as usual for new bookings and so feel free to contact us via our normal channels. To help with new bookings we may be able to offer a reduced deposit and also have a new Covid Book with Confidence Policy which we can discuss with you.
For those who have already booked with us, balance payments will be required by the due date on your paperwork as holidays to Sweden are currently operating as normal.
We will provide you with a range of information to help prepare for your trip. As each holiday we arrange is bespoke, this will be personalised for each client and we will be here to help every step on the way.
Decisions regarding the cancellation of holidays due to government advice is made around two weeks before departure as the government review their advice weekly. Should the government advise against travel to Sweden we will contact you within two weeks of departure to discuss your options. If you are affected by local lockdowns in your region please contact us and we can discuss options with you.
